Walzpunkt AG in Reichenburg (Switzerland) keeps roller mills running: on-site service across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, retrofits of sensors, drives and control, preventive maintenance and repairs, and the overhaul of electronics and controls. What does Walzpunkt AG do?

We maintain, repair and modernise production machines, roller mills above all: on-site service, retrofits of sensors, drives and control, preventive maintenance and repairs. We also overhaul electronics and controls and supply spare parts of our own development.

Which roller mills does Walzpunkt look after?

The focus is on Bühler roller mills, among them the Stoos, Rigi and Säntis series (SFLE 1300, 1800 and 2500). The know-how comes from more than three decades of experience in servicing and repairing production machines of every kind, roller mills above all.

Does Walzpunkt also repair electronics and controls?

Yes. We overhaul ERD controls, digital and analog I/O boards, ELREHA control boards and EBD transducers on behalf of customers, and supply replacements such as the Walzboard, the functional replacement for ERD relay boards that are no longer available, and the PSU 1 power supply.

Does Walzpunkt build special solutions when original parts are missing?

Yes. When an original part can no longer be obtained, we develop functional replacements and special solutions to bridge the gap, from the relay board to the power supply, and provide modern control components such as Siemens LOGO! and KTP700 HMIs for retrofits.

Where is Walzpunkt and where does the team work?

Workshop and stock are at Gewerbestrasse 7 in 8864 Reichenburg (Switzerland). We go out on service calls across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
