Preventive maintenance: planned instead of in an emergency

We know the machines. Replacing components before they fail. Planned instead of in an emergency.

What ages, we replace in time. Old ±10 and ±15 VDC power supplies heat up the machine cabinets considerably and shorten the life of the electronics; the PSU 1 replaces them directly. Original ERD relay boards can no longer be obtained; the Walz-Board replaces them 1:1. The TLS dry-run protection extends the life of the rolls and lowers the maintenance costs.

Provide for it in your own store. The Walz-Block, a universal industrial relay block with a distributor, is freely accessible and replaceable one by one, ideal for any spare parts store. For ERD controls we make backups of the EPROM programs on request.

Warranty. For service work performed on site, the warranty period is 6 months from acceptance.
