Maintenance: on-site service across Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Walzpunkt AG brings more than three decades of experience in servicing and repairing production machines, roller mills above all, to one clear task: maintaining the electrics, electronics and control systems of your machines and converting them to reliable, modern technology.

We come on site, across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with original spare parts, replacement solutions or conversion kits from our own workshop. Workshop and warehouse are at Gewerbestrasse 7 in 8864 Reichenburg.

Machines. Bühler roller mills of the Stoos, Rigi and Säntis series (SFLE 1300, 1800 and 2500). Pre-refiners (pre-grinding of the cocoa mass) and fine refiners (fine grinding of the chocolate mass) in full service. Plus production machines of every kind.

A replacement when the original no longer exists. Original ERD relay boards can no longer be obtained. Our Walz-Board is the reinforced replacement with the same function for the Bühler board EKO-95002-81: the same size, the same connectors, the same pin assignment, plug-in and swapped 1:1 in about 5 minutes per board. Overhauled ERD controls of two generations are ready for immediate exchange.

Costs and warranty. Work is charged at the hourly rates in force; travel, accommodation and expense costs come on top unless a flat rate has been agreed in writing. For service and repair work performed on site, the warranty period is 6 months from acceptance.
