WALZPUNKT Retrofit TLS
Dry-run protection with cameras and laser probes. The modern replacement for SEL and SELA.
The TLS is a development of WALZPUNKT AG and fully replaces Bühler’s old SEL and SELA systems. Two infrared industrial cameras check the chocolate film on the top roll. If it breaks, the machine stops after 5 to 8 seconds, before the rolls burn. Two laser distance probes monitor the material feed on rolls 1 and 2 and control the feed flap. This greatly extends the service life of the rolls and noticeably lowers maintenance costs.
Installation by 2 technicians in 3 to 5 days, production support included. Machine downtime about 2 days. Tell us briefly about your situation and we will gladly prepare an offer.
