Machine down? A technician, spare parts or a special solution to bridge the gap. Fast, flexible and reliable.

Overhauled and tested in our workshop:

ERD controls: completely overhauled, if needed with new keypads, displays and membranes. All the electronics are reworked and tested at elevated temperature; on request we make backups of the EPROM programs. Two generations are ready for immediate exchange.
ERD digital and analog I/O boards: rework on behalf of customers; every board is checked and tested and can then be used in the roller mills again.
ELREHA control boards: checked, overhauled and tested under load.
EBD transducers: exchange repair of the models EBD 1082 to 1098, the analog multiplexers EBD 1110 and the auxiliary board EBD 1101.

When an original part is missing. If a part can no longer be obtained, we develop functional replacements and special solutions to bridge the gap, from the relay board to the power supply.

Shipping and warranty. Shipping, packaging and transport costs are stated as a flat amount in the order confirmation; collection from the workshop in Reichenburg is free of charge. For repaired or refurbished assemblies, the warranty period is 6 months from acceptance.
